Notice the fine print: This place is undergoing renovations. I was very disappointed by their communication. Right after booking, they sent a message saying there would be construction noise during the day. That wasn't going to bother us. However, right before our trip, they sent another message, mentioning that the cable was out due to a weather event and that the pool was closed. (While I should have checked the fine print about the pool, they could have put that into the 1st message). At that point it was too late to accept their free cancellation option because Mammoth was booked up. Then, the day of the trip, they sent the 3rd message, offering "early check-in" before 4 pm for $50.
