“The hotel was in a good location for our trip to visit Mammoth Cave N P. The breakfast was limited some what in food choices. However there was enough to have breakfast. The staff we met were helping and nice. The area around has a McDonald’s and a Cracker Barrel near the hotel. ”

“What a great little place to stay! Always stay in Cave City as I drive down to Mardi Gras every year from Ontario. I love that area just off the highway where the T-Rex statue stands by the southbound I-65 exit 53 ramp. The area is VERY well lit. There are gas stations and, even though I rarely eat fast food, there are a ton of options around there. I've stayed at different locations around that area and only one was not good. I'm reviewing this as it is. I don't review hotels with lesser stars……

“Room is clean and updated. Bed and pillows are very good. We had a problem with the Tv but it was fixed in an hour. Breakfast is beagle’s, cereal yogurt and apple. Worth the money we paid. We are happy we stayed. ”

“stayed two nights here. cranky beds. thin wall and room smells mold。 most importantly, i left my bag there when i checked out. called them several times ,they say will check and call me back, never did. when i ask again, they said the room was clean and didnt seem to care that i lost ma IDs and car keys. so rude!!!!!”

“Our cabin was new and updated, cozy. Also, cabin was clean and all amenities were there: laundry machine, dishwasher, utensils, TV's. Purchase your own woods, it will be cheaper. Nice place for getaway. ”

“This is about as rustic as it gets aside from camping! Cabin was spotless, less the few lady bugs that joined us. There are cracks around the doors, so there’s no true way to keep bugs out. But you cannot beat the location!!! Just steps away from the visitor center. We felt like we were sleeping above the cave. Dining on site was decent, so there’s really no need to leave once there. My family and I had a blast in these tiny cottages! It was nice to break away from TV’s, cell phone service and……

“Our stay at the Holiday Inn express was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was really good. The only suggestion I would have was the lack of shower pressure which the hotel said that they will be checking out.”
