「the location is good, walking distance from the train station, metro, German Colony district, and the tram stop to the inter city bus station is also within 2 mins walk. staffs are responsive to our questions, and very helpful. but two out of the three ceiling lamps out of order. it will be perfect if they are fixed! 」

「The apartment was far from being as described on the site. It was not clean. The towels were ragged, no soap in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom ceiling . The place is very close to the beach but far from a supermarket or a restaurant. The T.V wasn’t working properly. The kitchen was dirty, the cups and glasses weren’t washed properly. We had to buy bedding and reasonable towels. Altogether, we definitely didn’t get our money’s worth.」

「We spoke to the property owner one week prior, and asked about early check in, since 4pm was too close to the onset of Shabbos. He said we could check in at 11am. We arrived at 12pm. 「This property was amazing. Keep in mind that it is a residential building, not a hotel, so there is no front desk. 「The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip.
