- During your check out the crockery must be clean, the refrigerator without any food, the rubbish must have been emptied. The temperature is self-regulating for both heating and air conditioning, travelers do not have access to thermostats. Air conditioning remote controls are not provided. A single key is provided for the entrance door associated with the house's electrical system. Tampering with the security ring on key chains is a serious violation of our rules. Children under 2 years of age sleeping with their parents are free of charge. There is a cot and high chair service, check price and availability. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets are not allowed. No noise is allowed from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed. To ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a noise meter. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The garage and entrance are monitored by cameras, maintenance staff can access these areas. The communal areas of the complex are under 24-hour video surveillance. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device to be able to access the apartment. Please contact us before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions provided at all times. Pavonia Apartments is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment as a result of not having previously carried out the aforementioned procedure.

Great Jumping Off Point
The property manager, Ana, was a great help. The property is clean and it has parking! The location was great as we spent each day doing day trips from Madrid to the surrounding towns. It is also close to the city center.

Christmas In Madrid
Arrived Dec. 21st, 2023 to a lovely, compact and minimalist by North American standards, but very clean apartment in the Latin Quarter. The location was super handy for the Metro, shopping, restaurants. Very safe and protected building. Four adults enjoyed our stay for a lovely Christmas in Madrid. Ana, our host, handled all of our concerns with obtaining the keys, parking, access to the gated complex etc. The bathrooms and kitchen were small but adequate, the dishwasher and washing machine were appreciated after a long cruise to refresh our laundry and not spend a lot of time cleaning up after our many meals we prepared. Séjour découverte de Madrid en famille
L'appartement est bien placé avec toutes les commodités et le métro à proximité. Il est propre et bien équipé. Attention toutefois, bien que le parking soit en photo sur l'annonce, son accès est payant avec un supplément non négligeable de 15 euros par nuit. Une petite déception alors que le choix de se logement s'est en grande partie fait sur l'offre qu'il proposait d'avoir notre voiture facilement stationnée et à l'abri. Manque de transparence dans l'annonce selon moi.

Schönes Appartement in Latina
Das Appartement hält, was das Angebot verspricht. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb in einem einfachen Viertel (nicht Latina mit La Latina verwechseln!) ohne schöne Restaurants etc. Mit Metro, Bus oder Renfe ist man aber schnell im Ausgehviertel. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Home away from home
Quiet, working class neighborhood in which we were comfortable. Ana was attentive to informing us of anything important to know. Cleaning service professional and impeccable. Our only discomfort was with the showers. The showers are so small that the shower curtain sticks to you while you are showering and this becomes overwhelming. I would highly recommend this property amd look forward to returning there om our future stays in Madrid.

Apartamento agradable y bien comunicado con el centro de Madrid
El piso esta bien, es funcional y muy bien comunicado con el centro de Madrid (bus, metro y cercanias). El barrio, desafortunadamente se ha quedado en si aislado y aunque todos los servicios se encuentran cerca, se tiene la sensacion de estar muy lejos de Madrid, (es un barrio muy antiguo de calles estrechas), cuando en realidad se puede ir incluso dando un paseo (45 minutos a pie a la plaza mayor). Otro punto positivo es que es muy tranquilo, la calle no es de paso asi que la noche es super silenciosa. La duena esta disponible siempre, y hace lo posible por que todo sea correcto. Recomendable.

Este apartamento esta ubicado cerca del metro y de todos los servicios a pie. El amoblamiento es agradable y equipado con los elementos básicos necesarios. Vecindario tranquilo y el edificio es bien presentado.

Propre, bien agencé et équipé, idéalement placé (selon activités prévues bien sur). Ana est très sympathique. L'appartement est géré via domotique intégralement et c'est très pratique je dois dire. Pensez à bien préciser s'il vous faut le parking en plus, perso j'avais oublié, Ana a été top - très arrangeante et heureusement le parking était dispo (il n'est vraiment pas cher 10eur par nuit). Je recommande en tout point. Encore merci Ana et bon séjour à tous.

Très bien je recommande
Bel appartement dans lequel nous avons séjourné à 5 pour 3 nuits. L'intérieur est moderne avec une très bonne connexion internet. La place de parking est appréciable car cela nous a permis de visiter Madrid en transport sans se préoccuper de la voiture. Une station de métro est disponible à 5 min de l'appartement et permet de rejoindre le centre de Madrid en 10/15min. Je recommande.

Apartamento muy cómodo, limpio, tranquilo, wifi, equipado,... en mi caso que venía a Madrid por trabajo fue muy útil ya que tiene el parking incluido, para dejar el coche allí y moverme en metro o autobús, la próxima que me toque venir no tengo dudas. Destacar el sistema de check in en remoto a través del móvil pude abrir la puerta sin importar la hora a la que llegue, la primera vez que lo veia
