“The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals.”

“When we got there around 10pm and got our key, the room was still obviously being used by someone, the tv was on and it was a mess. The front desk lady was very helpful and sweet about getting us a new room though. But, there were dead roaches and spiders in our room and it felt kinda gross. You get what you pay for i guess”

“I booked a room online and paid with a card at that time. There were instructions as well as an email sent to me which include check in times/office hours until 10 pm. We got there about 20 minutes before 10 pm to find the office locked. On the door, a piece of paper where the office hours had been altered by scribbling out "10pm" with a sharpie and replacing it with "9pm."”
