We had a 2 night stay, no urgency when you call front desk … needed additional towels, was told it would be a short while. Showered with the one remaining towel we had, room service knocked a short time later I answered, while I was in shower my fault with door open and a glass door, but I never anticipated them to let themselves in our room and proceed to the bathroom while I was in the shower ! You cousin clearly tell someone was in there. The man said OH as I was screaming for him to get out ! Contacted hotel management Their response mistakes happen ! This should’ve never of happened, I acknowledge he was there couldn’t get to door do to being in the shower but yet he still walked in and for the manager of the place to be in touch 2 days later I was appalled also no management on premises on the weekend ! It was very loud as their was some sort of young boys wrestling tournament and the families and children were all staying there running around like wild animals jumping on hotel furniture etc and hotel staff didn’t nothing about this ! Not a peaceful or restful stay and poor management and staff at this particular facility ! Was told I could not get refunded for mt day of horror because I booked using Expedia which I have always done !
