「We stayed at the property for 2 weeks. The house is perfect, well maintained with a modern feel. There were 10+ people in our party and we had plenty of room. AC works well and the pool is great (cleaned everyday!). Shops and restaurants are close by, within a 10 mins walk. The owner was always very accessible to answer our questions. A caretaker (Lon) is included with the house. He’s absolutely the best. He lives 5 mins away and takes care of our every need.. buying groceries, ordered a taxi,...

「The house were beatiful. The hostess had large knowledge of Area which she shared, giving us A fantastisk experience when going to oslob/kawasan. Further - meal was fresh and good, The villa aimes towards high-end clientel, and several experience was therefor not expected. 2 out of 3 Transport from airport was delayed/cancelled. 1 of 3 bedroom not cleaned upon arrival, 2 showers not cleaned upon arrival, locked out of villa 2 times, hot water not stable in 2 of 3 bathroom entire stay, cleaning...

Suitable for family but not Solo Travellers

"The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "

客房老舊隔音差

"我們被安排在116號房，是1棟很老舊的房子，不清楚隔壁是不是也是飯店，夜晚派對播放音樂到深夜12點，無法入睡。隔音很差，隔壁房的開門關門聲音很大。樓梯像是有青苔一樣，陽台面對當地老舊房子，與訂房時看到的照片不同，擺了兩張陽台椅，完全就是擺設不會有人想要坐在椅子上，房間牆壁破損也不整修。"
