It seemed ok upon check in, i used a particular card to book, (mine)but used my husbandscto pay. no issue.went upstairs, there was hair in our bathroom shower. not a strand but several..didnt make a big fuss..we were there for a wedding and wanted to enjoy.
upon checkout day, we extended another day. i charged my card for the extra night
the lady at the desk who said she also worked at another hotel, swiped..she was having issues.later that day we saw not only was my card charged, but my husbands as well..we went in, the MGR told us it would roll off by the following day. next day same charge was there. we waited for him to drop the employee off, and when he go back we told him. He was so rude, as if it was our fault they double charged..and it was two different amounts! That was verjy weird. He basically was upset and said he didn't see it, we showed him both charges. He talked to us explaining what could have happened and was angry and talking as if he was upset we even brought it up again!! he said duspute it. Why would we if we are from out of town and standing right there.i said refund the extra charge. why should we wait and dispute when tgey made an error..after a long back and forth he did. he should have refunded the entire stay honestly fri-sun. His customer service was horrible and i am complaining to the Bbb as well.It would have been a better experience if not for him. or the prostitute getting in fights with two men next door to us..WILD PLACE to stay!!
