“Lack of staff at reception for check-in. I checked in and being asked to obtain a credit card, when I am getting in, someone come to ask to solve a problem. I have been waiting patiently for few mins but not solved yet. And I drive the car out to wander around the site for another 20 mins and return. “Probably 1 of the best accommodation I stayed in Australia. Just behind the property there are many wild kangaroos & we took our baby out for an evening stroll to see the kangaroos. “The cottage was very clean and beds were very comfortable. It had good heating and the spa was lovely. Breakfast was provided but we did stay 2 nights and felt that the provisions were only for 1 night especially when 4 people booked. We used the resturant and the meal was generous and nice.
