“Lack of staff at reception for check-in. I checked in and being asked to obtain a credit card, when I am getting in, someone come to ask to solve a problem. I have been waiting patiently for few mins but not solved yet. And I drive the car out to wander around the site for another 20 mins and return. The staff is still talking to that person to solve the problem.
