This time the reception staff made a very big mistake, when we opened our three rooms, all had been downgraded to very small rooms. I was not worried as it’s international rules that hotels shouldn’t downgrade the rooms you booked especially the five start hotels. Ray Chen the head of front desk corrected the mistake and assigned the proper rooms with professional manner. Hope next time this kind of mistake will not……
