“Kingsley Lake is the perfect lake to enjoy if you like being outside and on and in the water! The dock for this property was absolutely perfect! You could enjoy being in the sun as well as being in the shade because both areas were provided. My only wish is that it could somehow accommodate a larger group… I have a family of 16 and only 2/3 of it could come this year… I would definitely come again❣️”

“We visited family members in Jacksonville of which they have a beautiful homes as well but not as big as this one so we decided to book here. The day before arrival of our trip I didn’t receive the directions of where the property is so I sent a text of the address. The host sent me a text the balance is not paid so I screenshot where it was paid in full so she responded by sending a screenshot of the balance. I was kind of lost of the 20.00 extra fees so I paid for additional of a few relatives……

“We stayed as a family of 7, and the house was perfect for us! The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and arcade game! Extremely clean and decor was very nice! Grocery store close by and minutes from the interstate to get you all over the Jacksonville area! Would definitely stay again!”

“What a smooth stay. We had to come to town for father’s day to see my father in law and this was the place closer to him. We enjoyed our peaceful stay. The home had everything we needed. I only had to open my suitcase for clothes. They provided everything from dishes, towels, spices, farm fresh eggs, soap and everything. We felt at home. My daughter enjoyed running the front yard picking flowers. At night my husband and I sat on the porch in the rocking chairs enjoying the quiet nature.”

“The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert.”

“We enjoyed our time spent at this cozy house. The kids fished, kayaked and swam in the creek. I enjoyed a soak in the hot tub and a nap on the porch and the hammock. Very quiet and pretty spot for a pause from our busy life.”

“Thank you for allowing us to stay at your super cute house. We come to town once a year (from Orlando) for a dance competition held at the Thrasher-Horne Center. Your house made it super convenient (being less than 5 minutes away) and way more cozy than staying in a hotel. Everything was fresh & clean & the beds were comfy. It was perfect. We will definitely stay again next year when we are back in town. ”
