“My husband and I were looking for a vacation away from everything and when we saw this property, we thought it fit the bill. It was a very scenic ride on the way there and once we reached Vermont we just took it all in, all the beautiful sights of nature at its best. Once we arrived at the house, it was just as described. We enjoyed the tranquility and the beauty of the location.”

“We had a wonderful stay here! The propery is well maintained and spacious. We loved walking to the brook in the morning (the mist above the water with the reflection of the foliage was beautiful)- and there were many trails to investigate! The bedroom was cozy and the den was comfortable. Our dog Harlie loved the house- and the back yard- and the walks. Thanks for a great stay!”

“A quaint cozy lodge! The kitchen had everything I needed to whip up a few meals. Everything was clean and cozy. Definitely go to the whammy bar for dinner if you stay here! Best meals of our whole trip were from the guest chefs. ”

Nous étions 6 adultes et 6 enfants en bas de 10 ans. Les enfants ont de la place en masse pour jouer. Nous étions bien situé: c’est à environ 15 minutes de Hill Farmstead. Plusieurs belles randonnées à faire dans le coin également. Nous vous recommandons chaudement cette propriété. ”

“Beautiful, peaceful property on pond, quiet and clean! Art in the home is fun and eclectic. We are so Thankful this property allows dogs without a weight restriction. This helped us include our dogs without the worry of leaving the dogs at an expensive dog boarding place. We had so much fun hiking, running and walks, with strolls around local attractions and leaf peeping; all with the dogs ! Cabot is a nice town and the property is located within 1-2 hours of major attractions such as Montpelier……

“Pictures don't do this place any justice! Myself and friends had a great stay here and the house has everything you'll need! If I ever need a weekend away up north again, I would look back at this place!”

“We came to the area to bike, hike and leaf peep. This home was a perfectly located retreat for doing all of the above! The view from the living room, back facing bedrooms, and back deck of the fall foliage and the Presidential Mountains was really spectacular. The home is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and furnished. It was really great to escape the crowds and return to this quiet, restful home after our explorations.”

“Got it, let's refine that: --- Our recent stay at this property was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. The property grounds are impeccably maintained, offering ample space for various activities. We had a blast enjoying the 6-hole disc golf course, playing soccer, whiffle ball, kickball, and volleyball. The indoor pool was an absolute highlight, equipped with a plethora of pool toys, noodles, and……

“I booked this property for a fall trip during peak leaf season. The check in process was very simple. I did have a question at one point and the response I received from tracy was immediate. It was expected for us and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us!”
