“What a perfect house for our family of four, my mother in law, and our two pups - with room to spare. It was so comfortable and modern and we absolutely love Wolcott. The property was beautiful with privacy and we loved watching the kids and dogs run around and play in the snow. The location was easy for us to do day trips to Stowe and Burlington and Morrisville is so convenient for everything you need. “This home has beautiful views and is very clean and well stocked. There has been alot of thought into every detail to make for an enjoyable stay. There is so much to do for entertainment both in the home and in nearby town. military family”

“Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful historic home! Plenty of space for the 6 of us, with rooms to spare. Kitchen was well stocked, as were bathrooms. Lots of stairs and some unexpected steps up/down to watch out for, but those are to be expected in an older home like this. Walking distance to Main Street, farmers market, and great restaurants. “This house was great. Couple of negative things, toilet upstairs doesn't flush properly and the trash can in the garage were already half full when we got there. Could of been a little cleaner (don't look under the couches) Other than all that it was perfect! Got 5inches of snow and all the kids had a great time sledding outside. The Oven was perfect for all the Thanksgiving dishes! Will definitely be back again!”

“We had a fabulous weekend here to celebrate a family birthday. The place was comfortable, spacious and clean, the views are better than the pictures, and it was the perfect spot for our family including two toddlers, a baby, and a couple of dogs! I'd love to come back one day. Todd was a wonderful and gracious communicator when I reached out to him directly, and he responded immediately for a question I had after our stay had ended. We loved walking to the brook in the morning (the mist above the water with the reflection of the foliage was beautiful)- and there were many trails to investigate! “We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. The new hot tub right outside the master bedroom is wonderful, you can sit and watch the lake. Lots to see in the lake while paddling around, fish, snails lots of ducks and loons. The kids loved the lake and how close it was to the house. There is a small dirt road that they have to cross to get to the lake but only 6 cars drove by the whole day so it wasnt a problem with older kids. We really enjoyed our time and plan on staying again”

“Clean and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights. Our dog loved the very large, fenced in, backyard. We didn't use the deck or the firepit, but both looked nice. Inside the house was clean and had comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stocked. Large TVs in the living room, master bedroom and 1 other bedroom. ”
