They state they do room service every other day, that is simply not true. I had a major issue with the drain in my shower not draining (by the end of a shower I was standing in ankle deep water that would take hours to drain). I tried to bring this to the attention of the morning front desk member, had to go find him eating food in the kitchen (pretty sure a violation of health code) and then he brought his food to the front desk, acted bothered, and said he would have it fixed. That didn't happen, luckily when I got back to the hotel that evening the lovely front desk agent made it her priority to track down drain-o. She delivered it to my room so I could handle the clogged drain myself, as there was no maintenance person around and I wasn't going to make her do it. Overall this Hilton Property needs discover what Hospitality means. Will Never stay here again, and I am in Lynchburg a lot for work.
