"The air conditioning in our apartment broke down in the middle of our stay. The manager offered to change our apartment and as a courtesy for the inconvenience, he gave us an upgrade and, most importantly, on the same floor. Since we were at the end of our trip, with a lot of open suitcases and a 23-month-old baby, this made things a lot easier.
