“We came to Austin to bury my husband’s mother, so we wanted to stay in a home that would allow us a place to be together, visit, reminisce and support one another. This home was perfect for the situation. The neighborhood was very peaceful. ”

“Loved our time at this cute little bungalow. Clean, comfortable, and loved the outdoor space. Fast responses with the rental company.”

“No complaints about this wondeful house. Great location, appointed nicely, great community space for plenty of people. Its a bit of a walk to the main attractions on confress but still plenty of restaurants and bars close. Cosmic pickle is very close we loved it and a quick jaunt back through thr neighborhood to moon coffee is recommended. ”

“Hosted a golf trip with 24 30-something year olds. We loved the house and amenities. Billiard room and party room with card table got a lot of use. Sauna / pool combo in the morning got us feeling right before our rounds. Roy was awesome at showing us how to operate all of stuff in the house and answer any questions. If I could recommend two things it would be don’t skimp and get the good TP and maybe get some more bunk beds or cots / bedding as the guys weren’t thrilled about double bunking……

“The house was spacious and we enjoyed ourselves. No closets or place to hang clothes. Long driveway full of potholes. Strange location but once inside, nice & comfy. ”

“Kay has a very cute bungalow house. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, galleries and clubs. The furnishings and decorations in the house are chic and hip with a nice homey bohemian vibe. We had an excellent Austin experience staying here.”
