“The property was as advertized. It was very spacious and with many rooms to accommodate our family. Our host was very informative, and prompt to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was filled with pots, pans and utensils for all our cooking needs.The main family rooms had plenty of updated seating where we played many games and enjoyed the billiards table, which i would consider an upgrade or repairs. Unfortunately there is no first floor bathroom, but the elevator was very helpful to gain……

“House was nice overall. Had all the of the amenities needed. Lots of great activities. The view from the top of the house was amazing. The house smelled a little like smoke when you first walked in. The hot water was not great and the shower between the two bedrooms needs a little work. ”

“The house and location are perfect for a weekend getaway. Very peaceful with beautiful views and the perfect amenities. The house is a home very welcoming and we never felt the need to leave the premises. We enjoyed every bit of it from the outdoors to the Galaga arcade. Amazing pool with pwrfect sunrise and sunset views! Thank you for sharing your piece of joy with us all! ”

“The landlord was very responsive and there was only one small glitch with a leaking coffee maker. We were able to buy one at Target and the landlord quickly reimbursed us via Venmo.The house was clean and had all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. The quiet South Austin neighborhood was perfect. We were within 15 minutes of Zilker Park and downtown Austin.We had a great visit.”

“This was a perfect stay for my two grandsons and me for a fun Christmas weekend. The cottage was decorated for Christmas and there were fun sparkling lights outside as well. Very clean, and just the right size for us. Charming!”

“No complaints about this wondeful house. Great location, appointed nicely, great community space for plenty of people. Its a bit of a walk to the main attractions on confress but still plenty of restaurants and bars close. Cosmic pickle is very close we loved it and a quick jaunt back through thr neighborhood to moon coffee is recommended. ”

“Excellent rental. It's a newer listing and could use some small tweaks but it was great otherwise. Check in was easy peasy, communication from the property manager was prompt, and amenities were exactly as described. There were even a few unexpected extras that were convenient. The house is wired strangely in some spots and could use some more labeling for switches. The converted garage/bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house (as expected) and needed an extra fan which was actually……

“We had a very comfortable stay and we were pleased with the accommodations. No complaints. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Very good location, only 11-15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Shopping nearby for groceries and the house was perfect for us. Beds were great and TV was set up for movies when we wanted to relax. Very clean and secure. Patio and hot tub, loved the art theme. Tasteful and enjoyable. Thanks! ”
