This beautiful home will allow you to escape on your next trip through Lubbock. This house features 2 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms with a fully stocked kitchen dining room large living room and huge backyard with a grill for any events. Pets are allowed on this property just let us know when booking please.

The master bedroom contains a king bed with new memory foam mattress decorations from local antique windmills a desk extra seating and a private bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed with a new memory foam mattress desk corner seating and a shared bathroom in the hallway.

The living room features a plenty of seating and a sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. There is also a 55-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix access pre-installed.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. There are plenty of cooking utensils spices and cooking spray in case you want to have a home-cooked meal. In addition, there is a functioning propane grill in the backyard for anyone wanting to cook there as well. If you use the grill, please make sure to turn it off and clean it up.

The dining room is located between the kitchen and living area and features a large table for meals or games and the benches have been crafted out of re-purposed bowling alley lanes.

The backyard has a 7-foot fence plenty of grass a covered patio/carport to enjoy the West Texas sunsets and a fenced-in dog run for those needing a place to leave their animals during their stay.

Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles with the gate open and there is always free parking available on the street.

If you plan on bringing a pet, please message us letting us know in your booking. We allow 2 pets and ask that all waste is picked up and that they are kept off of all bedding and linens. You will be responsible for any additional fees for accidents or damage they may cause.

The home is also equipped with a full exterior camera system that can be accessed by the owners at any point if needed. There are NO cameras inside the house. The cameras are only outside and to protect guests.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the hallway closet. This area is locked and contains personal items of the homeowner.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

The home is within walking distance to the Broadway shops and bars, Texas Tech campus, and AT&T Jones Stadium. The Marsha Sharp freeway starts just north of the house, and offers convenient access to South Lubbock for shopping and hip restaurants. The neighborhood is very safe, and parking is free.

Very centrally located! TTU campus and stadium can be accessed by simply heading west towards University. The house is located directly off University and makes travel very convenient. The house is very close to Broadway and downtown for live music, drinks, or dinner. Guests can access the loop by heading south on University. Other than Uber, options for ground transportation in Lubbock are poor, and although the neighborhood is convenient to the University and downtown, a car is still recommended.

The community fee shown on your booking represents the 9% tax that the city of Lubbock charges for the hotel tax and venue tax. Please let us know if you have any questions.
