The staff was friendly but they do not provide toiletries and the rooms don’t have a fridge. You have to pay for water & the breakfast included (or may not be included) is bread, basic fruit & yogurt. Luckily there is a convenient store close by. The location was convenient, there is a beach 5 min walking distance & stores / restaurants near by. Maho beach is also 10min away by car. I love Saint Martin but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, you end up spending more than expected due to buying necessities not provided by the hotel.

The hall way was dirty. There was hair in my shower not clean properly. There was no towels of any kind in the room. I checked in later that evening about 7pm and can’t take a shower.Had to use one my t shirts as a towel never experienced that in my life. Will never say at the hotel again.

Kessie (receptionist) was very helpful during our stay. She went out of her way to help find dinner and transportation. It took us a minute to understand how to prevent water getting on the floor while showering lol but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. My husband and I will definitely be staying at this hotel when we come back.

Room was not ready on time. Then neglected to contact me when it was ready. I liked the location. There was a large hole in the wall like someone had punched it or was thrown into it. Management said they were aware but yet said nothing to me about it as an FYI when I checked in. Easy access to good restaurants nearby. Easy commute to the airport.

My husband and I recently had a three-night stay at the hotel. It's a prime location for a stay of no more than a week. The staff were truly exceptional, demonstrating outstanding hospitality that warrants a perfect score. However, there are some areas that require enhancement. We faced challenges with receiving fresh toilet paper, he had to go request it from the front desk. Also, we were not provided with wash rags upon arrival and only received them the following evening(after requesting them ). The shower design is inadequate, resulting in a messy floor after each use. Our television was damaged only half showed while the other half was a black screen. The room was very clean we had no issues with that. Nonetheless, it's a viable option for a brief stay. As we spent most of our time outdoors, these issues did not greatly impact our stay.
