Great Value for your money, close by to the beaches specifically Mullet Bay Beach, restaurants and local market. Staff was extremely welcoming. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast. The two main staff members specifically were Ms. Kizzy and Mr. Mathis. They made this experience unforgettable for me and little one. Excellent hospitality, accommodating and always assisted with a smile. We will definitely be returning soon

Elevator didnt work and we were on the top floor, no towels or wash clothes were available and some random kids seem to be living in the lobby and the staff sits by the main door smoking so its the first thing that greets you.

My room on the downstairs looked clean but didn't smell clean. No iron in room i had to find 1 at the front at the right corner of the reception desk....The outside of the property was unkept. The front desk clerk was very accommodating I reached a little more than an hour before check in time and was given a room which i really appreciated as i was very exhausted from my appointments. Truth be told i would definitely stay there again for more nights to give it another chance as i only spent ocernight.

The pictures on the site must be old because the property is pretty run down. I was there in April 2026 and was shocked at how run down it looked. Even though the staff were nice, it was not what I expected. If you are there for a weekend this place is ok but I wouldn’t stay for a long trip. Breakfast is not worth the 15 dollars, I would eat off site.

The first day was terrible there was no towels so i couldn’t shower after a long day of travel. The bathroom was damaged and maintenance never came to fix it so after a few days it started to smell like mold. The cleaning team couldn’t remember to leave toilet tissue and they left my room door open after they changed the bedding. The air didn’t go off the last couple days so it was extremely cold and not comfortable. Overall, I didn’t have a good experience and I won’t be staying back there.

Elevator not working - have to carry all our luggage no help provided, Bathroom flooding - they said all rooms are pretty much the same Landline /intercom / phone in room is not working so to contact reception have to go down each time. The magnetic door keys some times don’t work again the same drill But it is cheap and close to airport.

Overall, the property is outdated and the showers have mold. The walls also leak and have holes in them. The staff members are friendly and do the best they can, but the management is either rarely present or unable to resolve the issues we experienced with our room. I wouldn't recommend any one stay here.
