“We loved the location to downtown Estes! It was easily within walking distance of the main area of Estes. It is now on a main exit of downtown edtes since they restructured the streets in Estes. That makes for lots of traffic & road noise. We requested an early check in due to the parade congestion & we were only permitted to get in 45 minutes early. The communication with the hosts was very challenging! They didn’t treat me with respect nor professionalism! Not accomodating at all! The loft……

“This is a great home, furnished beautifully, and a great location. Our family really enjoyed our trip. There are a few things that need to be addressed specifically with the home, but even though those became an issue for us, they were resolved to our satisfaction at the time. You cannot grill with a propane grill. We have requested that all references to that be removed from the listing, welcome email, and documents left in the home. The oven needs to be repaired, the door won’t stay shut so……

“There is a sign out front that says this LaQuinta was voted the number one hotel in Loveland. I can see why. Friendly staff, hotel is clean and updated. Our mattress was super comfortable and the hot breakfasts were delicious. It is quiet and there is a walking/biking trail very close to the hotel. Our only complaint was the Wi-Fi. It was great when we first checked in on Tuesday but with the increase in people closer to the weekend it couldn’t keep up. We will definitely stay here again though.……
