Clean, nice, Tyler very responsive, excellent location for walking into the Jefferson business district or across the river on the Big 4 Bridge. It is definitely cozy -- for two people who like each other, it's great, but no more than that, I'd recommend. It may sleep 4, but they better be very good friends.
Bed, pillows, and the comforter are excellent. Plenty of closet space and drawer space for a few days. TVs in both the main room and the bedroom. You park right outside the door on a very quiet side street. Shower's a little small, and watch your step getting out, but had plenty of hot water.
A few things to know, though:
1.This is located near one of the Ohio River bridges, so you will hear traffic noise. Never bothered us, but worth noting.
2. The HVAC is loud when it's on. Not in a "it's broken" way, it's just quite loud when the air is blowing. Perhaps there's a setting we missed, but it's loud enough that if you're watching TV in the living room, you'll have to up the volume. Check to see if there's a "low" setting we missed.
3. When you turn on the main bedroom light ... um, close your eyes first. The four bulbs are all very bright and very white. The side table lamps are much more sedate and easy on the eyes.
I didn't take off points for these because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I think most couples will as well. Would definitely stay again.
