First of all, the manager and the staff were phenomenal. To be honest, the hotel had some minor facility issues while I was staying. Well, my shower had no hot water for two days. But they were able to let me access another room for showering after realizing it couldn’t be easily fixed in time. What’s more telling is that, AFTER I checked out and was loading luggage in my car, the manager came out, apologized to me about the hot water issues, and gave me $100 cash refund for the trouble. He didn’t have to do that. This type of action says a lot about the attitude of the owner/management toward their guests. Highly recommended.
