“Wow - what can I say, this place is amazing. We stayed for 3 nights explored Yosemite and surrounding area, if you want a perfect location with amazing host’s I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it takes approx 1.30hrs to get into the park, but the drive is easy and scenery is amazing…The cottage is exactly as described and so far our favourite location whilst touring around the area.If we ever come back to visit the area, we will definitely be back…1st rate 👌”

“We had a great time staying at Acorn Cottage. We stayed with our two young children and it was perfect. The space was clean and comfortable and Regina was very helpful and kind throughout the stay. Only recommendation is buying ice and bringing larger cups with you if you’re like me and prefer large morning iced coffees😉 10/10 recommend and would stay here again.”

“We loved the house and definitely will be requesting again when we go back out to Merced. Everything was close by. The beds were comfortable, loved that we had a washer and dryer to use, and we cooked breakfast everyday. Due to the circumstances of being in Merced, it allowed the whole family to be able to gather and be together. Great place!”

“Overall, our stay was great. The owners have gone to great extents to upgrade this cute old house. We pondered what it must have looked like back in the day it was built. We liked the historical artwork hanging. We were traveling with our two little kids. One slept in a pack-n-play that we brought, the other in a twin bed. I slept in the other twin bed, while my husband enjoyed the queen to himself. It was a good size for us. We didn't spend all that much time at the house, as we were visiting……
