wifi is very very weak, on the night I living at hotel, there is one Japanese guest who slept at lobby, after checked, he was living at room 600, however, his room had no wifi coverage, asked staff to repair, but still not ok, but he needs wifi, however rude counter staff insist guest manner but never think to repair the wifi. and Threaten that will driven that guest out.
regard to shuttle service, need to wait too long time and that shuttle also be free ride for staff back home, when staff voice out she needs to use shuttle, easier to arrange than normal paid guest .
