Property exterior was dirty. Entrances confusing. Almost no dining options anywhere reasonably walkable. Room was clean and decently fitted. Nice mattress for a budget offering. Property does not have aotle shuttle despite advertising as such. Seems the property arranged Lyft, which would be fine if they showed up. Our driver went to hotel instead of airport . We arranged our own rides. Will choose a different property next time.

My room smelled like stinky feet and a dirty diaper. Apparently there is no weatherstripping on the door because I could hear everything outside… I even have a photo showing light shining through all edges. There were gaps in the flooring, which made it feel very low quality. At 4 AM I was alarmed to a broken toilet. I took a video which shows the inside of the water container had broken and was spraying uncontrollably. It even pushed the lid up opening the container. I was finally able to get the water to stop, but was unable to sleep as there were people in the room next-door talking till 6 AM. The walls must have extremely little insulation because I could hear everything.

The property is conveniently located off Highway 5 and is easy to locate. The surroundings of the hotel were a bit cluttered with materials related to some type of remodeling in the area. The view outside the room was an abandoned house with wood covering the windows and the door with a pile of garbage just below my window. It is a smoke-free facility but as soon as I walked into the room, there was a smell of staleness. The facility needs a bit of paint touch up in the lobby, but in general, the rest of the hotel was clean, the room was clean and the bed were comfortable. If you are looking for a place to lay your head for a night in between your travels this hotel will suit that purpose.

This property is a great budget friendly option for Universal Studios. Very close to the Burbank airport . The bathroom could use a refresh as it had quite a bit of wear. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with microwave and fridge. There are a few dining options that are walkable and a mini mart across the street. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They called a lift to shuttle us to and from the airport. The only downside to this property is the street and train noise. Would recommend this property and would stay again.

As we were on our way to this hotel I got a call from them saying they overbooked and they were gonna refund me and I was like, what? I’m on my way there, anyway, as I got there, they figured it out then the fun started, the key didn’t work then I had to walk all the way back to the reception and got a new key so it worked, then we tried to watch tv and it didn’t work either, went to the bathroom and inside of the toilet had stains that looked like it was dirty from previous guests, tub is really old and it was also dirty. Awful beds, terrible pillows, we all had a terrible night, it is a very old building, a very scary area, homeless around the property, very noisy area. Save your money and stay away from this hotel.

huge gap in the door, so huge that the noisy was unbearable. these rooms need good frames and door that actually can isolate the noise, anytime someone walked in the isle or moved their luggage it bumped crazily in the floor and wake you up. also the floor was not clean, they need to mop properly and thoroughly
