We have a newly furnished family home in the city of Claremont only ½ a mile to the college campuses and the downtown Claremont area full of restaurants and shops. We have 4 bedrooms plus a 5th room which is a private separate working office. We have a nice garden, and outdoor area, which includes a deck w/rocking chairs, a cornhole game, bistro table, and a propane bbq grill. We have both a formal dining area as well as casual breakfast nook. Parking for 5 cars + room for an RV.

NO HOLD OVER POLICY: You are not permitted to stay beyond your reservation dates. If you remain on the vacation rental property beyond the time and date of check-out, you agree and consent to be removed and locked out of the vacation rental property by Vacation Homes 365, its representatives, and/or law enforcement. You further consent to permit Vacation Homes 365 to remove your personal belongings to a location of the Manager's choice, where you may retrieve them. By booking a reservation at this property, you agree to the above-stated terms.
For monthly stays, we inspect the property every 2 weeks to ensure that it is kept in good condition. We reserve the right to enter the property by giving you 24-hour notice. If the property is not kept up to satisfactory condition, we may exercise the right to cancel the remaining days of the booking. CLEANING: All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins and all dishes must be placed in the dishwasher upon check out. Please treat this home like you would your own and deliver the home in the same condition as you found it. Any trash that is in excess of the allotted number of garbage cans will incur a charge of $200.
