There are 2 other houses in the large lot. see pics.
please no house parties, property manager lives on site.

please no smoking or vaping of any kind.

3 bed room 2 bath house,
2 parking space front of garage

washer and dryer in the garage.

AC and heater available for all living spaces.

Property manager occupies RV on side of the house. He is available if needed. Mostly just gives guests space and privacy.
We do occasionally go into the garage to get supplies.
backyard space is not open for guests.

We try to be honest and upfront about the places' downsides so please don't hold it against us during reviews.

Downey vrbo
The host Mark is wonderful. Very responsive and helpful. However, the house had some issues. The couches in the living room area were falling apart, the dishwasher didn’t have any racks in it, so we had to wash dishes by hand, and some rooms smelled of weed. I wouldn’t stay here again.
