We love our beautiful family home and hope you will too. We ask that our guests kindly treat our home as if it were their own and abide by the following rules and guidelines. Thank you!
1) We have an OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS on the property to ensure guest and owner security. They installed OUTSIDE ONLY.
2) Our home accommodates up to 14 GUESTS. Please no extra guests, including daytime visitors and overnight guests.
3) Enjoy a SMOKE/VAPE-FREE home environment. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any open door.
4) Our home is SHOE-FREE. New hardwood floors were installed and scratch very easily.
5) Please NO PETS.
6) Out of respect for our neighbors and delicate desert environment, please keep noise at a minimum. Quiet time is between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.

Fantasies house and great location!
This was the absolute perfect house for our group of Girl Scouts and their moms. There was plenty of comfy beds. The kitchen is beautiful and worked well for making breakfast for a larger group. Its about a 25 minute drive to Universal Studios where we were going for the 2024 Cookie Boss trip. The host was very easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely stay again!

Everything is great. Though we didnt enjoy the pool much due to weather but the house is great. Communication is very easy with the host and she even ask how we are doing. Thanks Ms Kylie for everything…hope to book again someday..🙏

Amazing
Loved the place. Had everything we needed for all my friends and I. Big home lots of room and big pool. Only thing wish was also big was the bbq grill but it’s all good we made it work . Took longer to cook it all but it did its job. Loved everything. Will rent it again in the future
