“Great location to downtown Bardstown. Easy to get to. Positioned on quiet street. Clean, plenty of room inside. Future enhancement may be to put a small privacy fence, small patio and a couple chairs at back door.”

“This property was a pleasant surprise! So conveniently located to Heaven Hill Distillery where my husband’s Bike MS ride was headquartered. We enjoyed quiet nights and had all the amenities including an outdoor dining space with party lights! Our two grandchildren enjoyed watching all the rabbits and birds in the shady front yard and played wiffle ball in the large backyard. Thanks to our host for thinking of everything to make us feel right at home!”

The house was spacious and well appointed - my grandchildren LOVED the property and we spent a great deal of time outside and on the porch. “We stayed here for a week while we explored the bourbon trail. Four adults and a small dog were very comfortable! It was great for everyone to have their own room and having two & a half baths was fantastic. It was clean, well labeled, and well stocked. The A/C works great - we had a heat wave during our visit & we were thankful for it! We were able to visit a couple distilleries and it wasn’t even that far of a drive to Louisville so we drove there one day. Great house and location! Hosts were……

“We thoroughly enjoyed the Huston House. It was meticulously appointed with all the comforts of home in a Kentucky tradition. Kim was most attentive and communicative with an obvious desire to please. Friends joined us for a few days and they were most impressed as well. “Overall the house was fine. The kitchen was well equipped, living room furniture was comfortable. Beds were decent. Our only complaint is the sunroom furniture was too umcomfortable to use, and the outside patio would have needed to be thoroughly cleaned off to use. Pam (owner) was great to work with. We would stay here again if we were ever in the area.”

“We were in town for the PGA Championship. We loved Bardstown. The town is very beautiful and such a well kept historic town. We look forward to going back in the future. There are many great restaurants and distilleries in the area. The location was very convenient to all the small towns where the distilleries were located. The house we rented had great accommodations. It was very clean and well kept. Keurig for making coffee with good variety of K-cups. We would recommend staying here again.……

“This spot was purrfect for my hubby and myself. Really enjoyed hanging with the outside kitties. If I didn’t already have 5 at home, I may have “borrowed” the big gray cat. The accommodations were everything we could have asked for. The bed was super comfortable. Beautiful place in the country…even got delayed on the road due to a calf getting out of a pasture down the road. Did get to see some deer in the yard the first night. A basic direct route into Bardstown and easy to get to the Amp……

“We had a fun girls’ weekend at this lovely little home! The kitchen was updated and well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils and a great gas stove we used to cook breakfast. The family room was a nice place for the four of us to sit and visit. The dining room sat up to 6 and was a comfy place to enjoy meals together. It was about 1/2 mile to walk into the cute area of shops and restaurants in town. We had three cars and plenty of room to park. (Only took off one star for location because……
