The Westin Haikou
5/5 Excellent
"It's a nice property. Close to many government offices and large companies. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. I liked the bathroom design. It was spacious and gave many options. The closet was also well-designed. I felt the luxury. The breakfast had plenty of options but mostly Chinese food and very few options for the international guests. The staff didn't speak much English or other languages. It was very hard for me to ask for my choices if they were even available. I liked the lobby. Plenty of seating areas and themes. If Hainan wants international businessmen to come, they better train their staff and redesign their menus. "
