"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "

"The location can be quite noisey from the outside bin collection at late hours at night, but overall a very pleasant stay. The sofa beds could do with an upgrade. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable."

"Residence Studio Vita was a home away from home. It has everything you need, spacious corridors, and close proximity to many amenities. There were great shopping and restaurant options around. My family loved being able to walk around the streets of Bologna and explore what they have to offer. Would recommend staying here with a group!"

"Overall I would give this a 4 star relative to what we wanted from the property/were expecting. We stayed in Bologna for 2 days, and this apartment was spacious and amazingly located in the old town, which was perfect for exploring in a relatively short space of time. "The apartment is in a central location for everything you need in Bologna. Tons of restaurants and cafes right outside the door. Plenty of room for our family of 4 when we needed some downtime in the apartment. "

Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever. "

"The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. "This is a decent option for a place to stay. It’s large, very well-located, clean but it needs freshened up with paint, it wasn’t the shower that was advertised online but it was very good except a little small, the tv and wifi were very good including Netflix, and it is very well appointed. A pretty serious negative were the mattresses on the bed. Very uncomfortable. They seemed more like foam mattress foam covers for a mattress. If they fix that problem, we’d give it a five. "

Great hotel

"This stay is part of a longer trip. The hotel is excellent. Luggage room if you arrive early as we did. Location is in the old area so a 5 min walk to piazza magiorre and the tourist information office. Breakfast was included and it was great. All in all, wish I’d have booked a longer stay. "

"Hotel is very close to train station, 5 minutes walking distance. From there, easy walk to all main attractions of Bologna. Staff were very friendly. Hotel in great condition. Price is the best cost - benefit relation. Great options to eat close to the hotel. I recommend to everyone that wants to enjoy the beautiful city of Bologna. "
