Emerald Lakes Vacation Lakefront Home is located in a Private Community in Pocono Mts. All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful 4+ bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 floors, non-smoking house, gas fireplace, 2 Smart TVs, pool table.
Fireworks, speeding and loud music are prohibited. We require 3-4 nights minimum for holidays. There is NO check in or check out on Saturdays (unless you are booking 3+ night’s) or holidays. I require to book the whole holiday weekend. Please inquire before booking. In times of Covid please make sure to purchase insurance in order to get full refund.
Emerald Lakes Vacation Home is located in a Private Community in Pocono Mts. All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful, 2 floors, non-smoking, lakefront house, with 4 bedrooms, 2 additional, private rooms (3 Queen, 2 king, 1 Full beds) 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, 1 gas and 1 electric fireplace, 2 Smart TV's, (no cable, you would have to use your own Netflix, Hulu account), Wi-Fi Internet, hot tub, small pool table and Foosball.
The house is a perfect haven for family and friends who want to get away from it all, with the comfort of a home. All tableware and cookware are provided. Amenities include dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The house features deck overlooking the lake with a BBQ grill (propane- provided), fire pit (it is not shoveled during the winter, fire wood is not provided but available to purchase) and private dock. Guests have access to a boat, 2 single kayaks and life vests-must be worn at all times. The Lake - "Deer Pond" is non-motor boat (3 acres). You can swim at lake at your own risk. There are rocks and plants on the bottom. Fishing is allowed. Catch and release. You need to buy PA fishing license first (you can get it at Walmart in Mt. Pocono on 940 Route) and then permit at the office (you can purchase in advance, $10 per person). Kids under 16 are for free. Community office is open from Monday thru Saturday 10-4pm.
We encourage you to enjoy the community amenities; pools, lakes and sports courts. The tennis court and outdoor swimming pool is right down the street. Community beach with a playground, Island Park, is about 10 minutes away walking distance. Other attractions provided by Emerald Lakes Community such as basketball court, indoor pool (it is usually open on Mondays, Wednesdays and weekends. Main Beach are minutes away by car. All amenities are requiring community passes. Please note, that indoor pool might be closed on Major Holidays. Outdoor pool is 5 min walking. Outdoor pool is usually open from Memorial Day to one week before Labor Day Weekend, from 11am to 7pm. Please double check with me before booking. Emerald Lakes charges guests for use of their amenities, (per person), kids 2 and under are free (prices for 2024)

If any amenity (indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis courts, etc.) is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to high bacteria count, weather conditions, maintenance, pandemic, burn ban, emergency repairs or any other circumstance “Homeowner” should not be held liable for lack of usage of above-mentioned amenities and will not refund any money.
The house is located minutes from the Mt Airy Casino (9 miles), Pocono Raceway – Pocono Nascar 500 (8 miles), Camelback, Camelbeach Water Park and ski area: Bushkill Falls, Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Water Gap (18 miles), a short ride to malls (the Premium Outlet or along Route 611), movies, Wal-Mart, restaurants, horseback riding Alvin’s Offroad Playground (ATV rentals) and paintball.

Other things to note:
THIS is not a PARTY HOUSE. Minimum AGE Limit for all Renters – 26 years old (except families traveling with their kids). No proms please. The person that is on a rental agreement, must be present at all time. You can have up to 10 people maximum. Your reservation will be canceled without a refund. You must sign rental agreement and registration form (all adults names) for the Community at least 3-4 business days before the arrival, thank you for understanding.
There is minimum of 3-4 nights for holidays and weekdays, ask me before booking. Please note that I require to book the whole holiday weekend. There is NO check in or check out on Saturdays or holidays. There is 2 nights minimum for weekend and 3 nights for weekdays. If you want to book 6 months in advance, please ask before booking.
Laundry room is available for 4+ night’s stay. Laundry detergent is not provided. Please note that we are on septic system. Please flush ONLY toilet paper. You will need to wait for hot water after few showers.
Guests will get the access code for the lock box one day before the arrival. Some doors are locked. I keep my stuff there. Please do not open them.
Property fee includes: cleaning, garbage removal, linens, 10 bath towels, registration.
Fridge doesn’t make an ice or water.
No smoking or vaping inside the house.
EV charger for $20 flat fee. Inquire before check in.
PET POLICY:
Pet fee $100. No puppies. No cats. Pet cannot be left alone. Dog under 20 pounds, Dog can reside in your room but must not be left alone. You must clean up after your dog. Dog must be leashed. You must have control of your pets at all times. You should be able to provide proof of your pet’s vaccination. You are financially responsible for any damage your pet cause.
Breed restrictions: American Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls), Rottweilers, German Shepard, Huskies, Mastiffs, and Doberman Pinschers.
