“Place is fresh, clean, very nice on the inside. Plan on running up and down stairs a lot. If you are not fit or have bad legs you may not want to stay here. If you have more than 2 cars, parking will be a problem. Street parking is expensive, and they only let you buy 7 hours at a time. I loved the house. It is close to the boardwalk and other places.”

“Very nice place. Plenty of room for 2 of us, would be great for a family, too. Enjoyed the balcony even in rain. Walkable to so much. Remember to bring tp, paper towels and tissues. No garbage bags or dish soap... But no biggie. I definitely recommend this place!”

“Part of us were from NY and part were from Alabama. It had been a year since we had been together. We had a great time! We cooked meals and went out to eat! The house is perfectly located to go shopping, go to Assateague to see the wild horses, and everyone surfing. Got up early every morning and watched the sun rise on the ocean 5 minute drive! Grocery store less than a three minute drive!! Everything was perfect, so many things to do even had books to read and games to play. If you don’t enjoy……

“This Bethany home is beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, service ware, and spices you could need. I always bring a bag of items when I rent a house, but didn’t need any of them! The house accommodates family together time in the living room and game room with large TVs, but also solo time on the several porches. I appreciate that they supply the sheets and towels, etc. From the moment you walk up the steps into the house, you can relax. The location truly is……

“Cozy beach house with beautiful view! Saw fox, eagle, and many species of birds. Nicely decorated in light colors. I love that i could see the nature preserve and water from the small window in the shower! The bay and beach is a short walk, a few minutes away. Nice roomy deck and enclosed porch offered lovely evening breezes. Wonderful sunset from the deck every night. A quiet area with friendly neighbors.”

“We live in Bayside and rented this home so our daughter could have senior week at our home with her friends. It was nicely updated and very clean, and included all linens. The use of the golf cart was also great! Located super close to SunRidge for tennis, pickleball, and pool!”

“This is a beautiful beach house located in a quiet neighborhood in North Ocean City, MD. The fenced yard was great for our dog. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water available for six people to bathe after the beach. Highly recommend this beach house!”
