Had a great stay at the Moorgate. Was slightly nervous about there not being any reception for check in but we got the codes for the property on time. The day after check in the business also whatsapp'd us to make sure everything was okay with the room which was a great touch. Really close to Moorgate station with Liverpool street station only a short walk away. Lots of Cafe's in the immediate area and restaurants on the other side of Liverpool Street station. Room was clean and had all the amenities we could have needed.

The picture does not match reality. There is no reception, and support responds slowly. There was no hot water in the building for at least a few days. We were forced to relocate, which was extremely inconvenient and too far from ideal conditions.

Im Vorwege per Email unseren Login Code für die Türen bekommen. Welche dann ab 16h aktiv waren. Lief alles super. Unsere erstes Zimmer war etwas kleiner als gebucht. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat. Wurde uns dann für den 02.Jan ein größeres Zimmer zugesagt. Der Wechsel lief perfekt. Leider fiel dann laufe des Tages das Heißwasser aus, wurden darüber per Email informiert und es alles versucht den Schaden zu beheben. Da es nicht klappte und wir noch 2 Nächte hatten durften wir in das recht nah liegende Haus in der Cannon Street umziehen. Ich muss sagen, wir hatten trotz allem 5 tolle entspannte Nächte in den verschiedenen Zimmern. Waren viel unterwegs tagsüber, um so schöner war es in so tolle Zimmer zurückzukehren. Uns fehlte an nix, mit allem eingerichtet Küche, gemütliches Sofa. Haben wunderbar geschlafen in den Betten. Moorgate - hat 3 Tube Station in der Nähe (Moorgate, Liverpool St., Bank) max 600m Cannon Street - liegt zwischen Bank und St Pauls und genau neben Mansion House Kleine Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants gibt es viele in der Umgebung

Adorable space! Will absolutely utilize this company again. Everything needed for the small kitchen was provided, a small oven, range and dishwasher! My only complaint is that we rarely had hot water for showers on our five day trip, no matter the time that we showered.
