Family room was good. Beds very close but worked out well. Safe area, walkable to Buckingham Palace, a mall, restaurants and transportation, yet a quiet area.

Stayed in 2 rooms at this property, one was significantly smaller than the other although the price was the same for both. The location was probably the best part about the property.

This is a great, affordable place to stay. Only downsides is there is no fridge in the room. Also, the alarm went off early in the morning because someone took too steamy of a shower. But, great location and easy walk to the train station.

I was extremely disappointed in the room size. It was about 8x10 and very cramped for 3 adults. The pics are very deceptive. Also, the mattress was stained and there was a substance on the window frame. There are no laundry facilities but hotel charged 15 pounds to launder 1 bag of clothes. They provided 1 key card for 3 people so we basically had to stay together and couldn’t explore independently without coordinating when we’d need to arrive back at the hotel. This was a major problem. Also, the key card controlled the room lights and had to be inserted before lights would activate . The hotel staff were friendly but I wouldn’t stay here again without improvements made.

Convenient

Central place to stay in London. 10 minute walk from Victoria station. Good pubs (St George) and cafes nearby. Be prepared for stairs and very small rooms.

Our stay at The House on Warwick was fine. The room was quite small as we were three in the room (we had a double and twin bed) it was hard to maneuver around. The hotel was clean enough as it seemed somewhat new, though there were some weird stains on the carpet. If you’re three, I recommend booking 2 rooms. The location was fine though I don’t think I would book a hotel in this area as there isn’t much to do there, it was easy to get around as there are many buses and Victoria station is 10 mins away. Lastly, when we were checking in the person at the front desk hardly talked to us to tell us anything about the area, amenities, etc. I was having to call or run down to the reception to ask for help. I usually don’t care too much about these kinds of things but it was super apparent here. I would also recommend them putting the actual amount they charge to keep your luggage here after you’ve checked out (£5). All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again since London is really big and there are other places to see, I would stay if I had to.
