Excellent staff, clean rooms and a great free breakfast. A close walk to the Excel London Conference Centre where I walked to every day. Two minor issues: the doors were pretty thin and sound travelled through from the hallway. The noise did not bother us but we were concerned about making noise that would spread to the hallway. Also, the pillows were not especially comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely consider staying again if I'm back at the Excel for a conference

Very nice room, and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Within walking distance to the train station, which we did every day to see different parts of London. Many little restaurants around the hotel to get a quick bite to eat.

Good little hotel - idea for a short London stay

Only stayed one night, but good little hotel about 10 mins walk from the tube station. Room was clean, modern and comfortable and bathroom was very modern with a lovely big shower. I was so pleased when I realised the TV was smart! The wifi was really good as I watched about an hour of Netflix without any issue. Great service too - when I arrived I was given a much needed bottle of water and there was free fruit in the foyer, though I could have done with more than one tea bag (in the room)! Also maybe an idea to have an extra blanket in the wardrobe, as I got a little cold in bed.

Service of the staff was very good. They are very helpfull. Breakfast is made for you, so no buffet. (Which helps reducing throwing away food). It was a small and simple menu, but I loved it. The room was a bit outdated but that was not a dealbreaker for us.
