PROS - Breakfast was great. We had bacon, sausage, omelet, waffles, breads, pastries, coffee, drinks and a lot more. - the supervisor was helpful and very nice. Sadly, thats the only 2 things that good about this place, CONS: - the room was foo small. -TV was by the bed, almost at the side of the bed instead of the front of the bed for better viewing. - the tissue holder was falling off from the wall. - the bed cover/sheet was too small for our king size bed. Imagine sleeping on the matress in the middle of the night. - there was no Shampoo. Found this in the middle of taking my shower. - dialed 0 to call the front desk and every time, no one pick up. I need fo go downstairs fo talk to them - paid extra $$ more to get a hotel that has a pool. Guess what?! The pool was on maintenance the 1st day. The second day, it was working, changed fo swim wear went down and door was locked and was told that its under maintenance again. Check out day, went swimming, was told no need to bring towels as there are towels available at front desk. I asked the front desk. All towels were being washed. I have to wait 30-45mins to finish. -pool was small. Too tight even for kids - it was 3 of us, but there were only 2 towels in the room. I do not recommend this hotel

We chose Hilton based on its reputation and the availability of a pool, but our experience was disappointing due to several issues: 1. Check-In Delays – Only one staff member was managing the front desk and phone calls, leading to long wait times. Even for a simple inquiry, I waited 10 minutes while the staff was on a call. 2. Pool Condition – While the temperature was comfortable, the water appeared murky. Room Maintenance – The room’s main light was non-functional, and the phone did not work. I had to use my personal phone to contact the front desk. 3. Cleanliness Concerns – Strands of hair were found on the sheets and couch. The bathroom had visible stains and watermarks. 4. Lack of Towels – Insufficient towels were provided in the bathroom, and no pool towels were available. Guests, including myself, had to walk back to rooms soaking wet. 5. Bathtub Safety – The bathtub was extremely slippery. Two of my children slipped, one sustaining a facial bruise and the other multiple bruises. Mold/mildew stains were also present around the shower. 6. Poor Quality Toiletries – The body wash did not lather properly, making it ineffective. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we will not be booking again.

Our stay was wonderful! The suite was really nice and it saved us money being able to cook in the room! Only complaints was that we had to ask for pool towels every time (usually they're available at the poolside or near the entry at other hotels I've stayed at) and the top step of the pool ladder was broken, and there were a few guests who had some close calls!

Average stay. Staff was kind and friendly. Cleanliness and property maintenance could use some improvement. Lots of trash flying around by the side entrance, some dirt stains on the floor and walls, cloth chairs were sticky and stained.

We stayed at this property with 7 girls for a birthday. They had a blast! The room was large and well equipped. The pool is nothing special but large enough for 10 years olds to frolic about. The breakfast might have been their favorite part! There were so many options but making waffles was their highlight.

Clean, updated, friendly staff, and great room layout. Room was well equipped with a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and cooktop with pots, dishes and cutlery. Free breakfast was great. Bacon, sausages, eggs, yogurt, fruit, breads, muffins… juice, coffee etc. They have a pool but a hot tub and or sauna would have been nice. My family would easily book at this hotel again.

It doesn't give me enough room to type it all. So point form it is. -hallway smelled horribly of cigarette and marijuana smoke. -large stool in room was broken and made a terrible noise when we moved it. -pull out couch, after cushions were removed, was covered in hard old french fries and then a damp, dirty smelly tea towel was balled up inside the folded up mattress. When was the last time that was even looked at, let alone cleaned. -ants in the bathroom, spiders in the kitchen. -kitchen dishes all chipped and some were missing. -ceiling fan hadn't been dusted in years. -pool was over stuffed, almost 40 people. (we arrived earlier) -teens kept opening outside door and bringing snow into the pool. then they were throwing snowballs at our window. -middle of the night wake up to other teens yelling, screaming, fist fighting right outside our door. called front desk, they said they were come by, they did not. teens continued to fight. - Homewood suites London, you are out of your minds asking the money you are asking for the level of service you provide. Never again, would not recommend.
