Studio au 4eme et dernier étage, de taille très convenable et très bien équipé pour cuisiner si besoin. La communication est parfaite, le quartier est calme et sûr avec avec proximité une station de métro, sinon Holborn à 10 minutes à pieds. Seul bémol, le chauffage est trop élevé et il fait trop chaud dans la chambre.

Excellent location. Staff were helpful and check in was seamless. Property was immaculate and comfortable. We booked for three adults and the single bed was a sofa bed. While it was comfortable enough we were trying to avoid a sofa bed option and it was not clear from the photos of the property that this was the case. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

We stayed here one night on January 28. After a long flight, we were greeted by the kind and welcoming manager. I wish I knew her name because she was fantastic at her job! The room was just what we needed - a comfy bed, a good shower, and a mini frig. The room was super clean, too. We would definitely stay there again!

This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very discrete which actually made it feel very safe. It is more like a converted house than a traditional hotel with lobby. Each room has a video doorbell. Room and property very clean, bed very comfortable and all necessary amenities included such as kettle, tea and coffee, smart TV, great shower, air con etc. Great value, very pleasantly surprised would stay again.

Nice property.
Everything went according to plan.The only negative comment we have was the litter in the street but the whole of London was grubby. This is not helped by large numbers of dogs using christmas displays and planters as a toilet.We hope to stay again at this property.Friendly staff.

I loved this property for it's location and space. The fact that you could do your washing at no extra cost. You can stay in your room all day if sick and n ot be disturbed by housekeeping. There is a place that does great coffee just across the street on the corner so easy to nip out and back again

I thought the room was nice and comfortable. I didn't like that I had to carry 4 suitcases up a flight of stairs even though the website states their is a lift. I didn't ask to be on the 4th floor. The man who checked us in was very rude. Their was a miscommunication when we checked in and I tried to explain, but he was not nice and I felt like I was being scolded. I told him I did not appreciate his tone. When we got it straightened out and he realized he was wrong he didn't even apologize.
