It is a very shabby property. The room has two very small beds, not even twin size. The bathroom is a shared one located on a different floor. Very poorly equipped bathroom with a shabby shower. Water flow is weak, and the temperature can stay. It gets too hot or too cold. The guy who received us is awfully rude. This hotel is worse than a hostel room. The only thing good is the location, 5 min walk from metro station and 8 min walk to King's Cross train station. It was a very bad choice I made.

It was sufficient. Small room, barely any room to move around. Only chose it because of convenience to both Euston and St Pancras train stations. Lots of restaurants around the area. Clean but not spotless. Staff was helpful and kind.

The property was the rudest human alive. I walked in and daid i was here to check in. He actually called me crazy. And kicked me out until it was time to check in. He was refusing my card payment and wanted cash only. Telling me the rooms i booked were not available anymore. 30 mins of trying to hussle me i finally got into my room. The room was SMALL, COVERED IN MOLD. The bathroom was not even big enougj for a shower there was no shower curtain..... i could write a novel of why to never stay.

Do not stay here, it is a dump. The worst hotel I have ever been in, the staff were rude and unhelpful. We never stayed because of the condition of the room. Really surprised this was allowed on Expedia.

We knew what we were expecting for the price so no complaints on that side however if you're looking for a good night sleep just note that the area is quite lively and the rooms have single pane sash windows so they don't reduce the noise levels. Additionally you can also hear your fellow guests throughout the property.

This hotel was good value, but certainly not as nice as using a premiere inn or similar budget hotel. The location is great, but the fact the toilet and shower was down the hall and down some stairs, made this very unsuitable for the majority of both professional and tourist stays. The staff were really friendly and polite, which is a big positive, but it's obviously and hold house that has been cheaply converted into a hotel. I'd honestly pay a bit more and have a bathroom to myself. It also didn't have any air conditioning, so on a hot day, I think it would be very miserable and the bed was not comfortable. The floorboards were also very creaky, so felt really bad if you had to get up to use the toilet in the night, as the door also made a huge clunk as it closed (you could hear everybody else moving around as well). This is basically hostal style accomodation, just with a private room. 30-40 pounds would make this good value, but at the 80-90 I paid expedia, it just wasn't worth it.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. They says the check in is at 2.00PM. But we reached at 1.00PM and were allowed to check in. The room was small, but neat and clean with fresh linen, towels. Provided with kettle, tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar, milk. They even changed the sheets on second day. We stayed in a triple room with private bathroom. The bathroom is small but kept neat. Easy access to Russell square underground (5mts walk) and only 10 mts walk to King's cross station. I was a bit worried over the reviews posted by previous people. But my experience was good. It is worth for the money I paid. Recommended for families as well( I stayed with family). The only thing I found it difficult was they don't have any secure space for our luggage storage as it is a small hotel (if you need to check out at 10 and need to roam around). Still the staff was very helpful, he showed us some empty space to keep my luggage under my responsibility. But I cannot blame them for that reason or any other things during my stay.

Do Not Stay Here
Checking in was a nightmare, I had phoned about an early check in and they said I could check in at 11:30am at no additional cost. When I got there, the receptionist said it was an extra £20 for early check in even though I had explained the call I made. I had to fill out a registration form and when I handed it back, he said I had to put my passport number in. I don’t have a passport as this was not an international holiday for me. I explained this and he didn’t understand how Scotland was part of Britain. Later during my stay, I asked him a question about curfews and he didn’t understand my question (he didn’t speak good english). When I tried rephrasing the question he told me to let him speak so he can explain, it was said in a very rude tone. He also mentioned multiple times that although my room had 2 beds, I could only use 1, which I already knew. This all ruined my stay as I felt belittled and distressed. Overall the room was small, beds were not the comfiest and very cold as there was not a duvet (a sheet and blanket). The shared bathrooms were not very clean and made me feel uneasy. I would never stay here again.

Das Zimmer gleicht einer Zelle mit zwei durchgelegenen Betten. Das Bad war dreckig. An Duschen war nicht zu denken. Die Zimmertür lies sich von innen nicht verriegeln und verfügte über einen Spalt am Boden, durch den man problemlos mit einer kräftigen Hand durchgegreifen konnte. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen. Das im Zimmer befindliche Waschbecken war verstopfen und hatte keinen Abflussstopfen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir waren nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel.
