Post COVID-19 special DEEP CLEAN arrangements:
Cleaning Routine of hoover, mop and dusting is further refined. All switches, sockets, surfaces, door handles, window catches, cupboard handles, hangers, remote control are cleaned with anti bacterial spray. This is to put our best foot forward to mitigate the risk of virus.
All Linen and Towels are washed in-house with Ariel and Dettol laundry cleanser and steam ironed.
We are removing all the non essential items like books, playing cards, board games, cushions, throws, bed spreads, ornaments, leaflets, guest book, extra hangers and toiletries. Please feel free to ask, should you need anything.
To respect SOCIAL DISTANCING, We would not meet and greet the guests, in person to show around the place; guests can collect and drop the keys in a keybox (detailed instructions to be sent to guest a day prior to stay date). We are at hand on message or phone call, should you need to reach out at any point.
ENTIRE PLACE. This is a ground floor independent Annexe apartment (part of detached house but with its own entrance), with a private entrance and views to lovely private garden, in a quiet & charming residential area of Pinner (HA5). It is equipped with 24 hours underfloor heating, high speed wifi, fully equipped kitchen with Induction Hob, Fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster, microwave/oven. hob. There is a laundrette at a short walking distance (near costa) with very reasonable prices.
Please note that the guests with pacemaker should not use the induction hob.
The guests can sit and relax in the private garden and patio.
Bathroom with 24 hours hot water & high quality German fittings.
There is double bed and wardrobe in main bedroom.
The sitting room/lounge/2nd bedroom has a sofa bed (which pulls out to become a double bed to comfortably sleep 2 adults), wardrobe, coat hanger, TV, Desk/ extendable Dining Table with 4 chairs
Bed linen and clean towels are provided.
The location is 3-5 min walk from Pinner tube station (Metropolitan line), with frequent train connections to London, taking 25 min to Baker Street. Close to local high street, supermarkets, parks, laundrette, restaurants, bars & cafe.

Please note: We offer min 2 nights stay, but if you send the enquiry/request with your purpose of visit, we might be able to accommodate min 1 night stay.
Things to know :
No smoking inside.
No pets.
Suitable for Children and babies. Please note we don’t provide any travel cot/high chair.
Please keep the main entrance gate locked at all times.
There is one pre designated parking, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for resident guest’s car.
There is high speed wifi/broadband available. Free view channels are available on TV. Netflix or any subscription based TV can be accessed with your own account.
The property is accessible to registered guests (max 4) ONLY. No visitors are allowed on the premises. there are meeting places/restaurants/coffee shops/parks within 100 metres walking distance.
Guests are most welcome to use the garden and patio. No running or sports are permitted on the grass lawn.
As a standard practice/must have, We require government issued photo id (ideally copy of passport) to be provided for all the resident guests, please send to us after the booking is confirmed. Please send by email (ajlondonhost@gmail.com) attachment/scanned picture latest one day before stay date.
Please leave/hand over the place in clean condition.
Please report any breakage/damage for the inventory/property.
The guest to pay for any loss or breakage. Having said that, we have never had any issues on this front so far.
Please respect the quiet neighbourhood and keep noise level down in premises, especially after 10.30 pm.
Check in time is from 4 pm onwards. Please ask if any specific request for check in timings, we always try to accommodate.
Check out time is 10 am.
There is a refundable deposit of £200 (stays with VRBO not with with host) included to cover lost keys/any accidental damage. this gets credited back to customer account a week after the checkout (in line with HomeAway rules). We have always had lovely guests and full amount has been refunded. Please note that you are not charged anything unless loss or damage occurs and a claim is made (which happens very rarely on VRBO)
Cleaning fee is very minimal given London location, this covers the cleaning (in depth as per post covid guidelines), change of linen and towels, clearing the bins etc. please leave the place in the condition you got it (everything back in it’s own place in a clean condition) Cleaning does NOT cover the washing of dishes, collection of dishes from different rooms, clearing the pile of utensils, food leftovers or rubbish thrown around.
