“We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was a very convenient location, right downtown and close to where our conference was being held! The building was also easy to access and the check-in instructions were clear. We had asked if it would be possible to check-in earlier but unfortunately we were not able to due to a cleaning crew being there. The host said they would contact us once the crew had left but never did. We ended up arriving at the apartment before the check-in time and the……
