“We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was a very convenient location, right downtown and close to where our conference was being held! “Our stay was very pleasant. The house is older, but roomy and comfortable. There is a friendly cat on the property and he has a cat door so you may catch a glimpse. The kitchen was stocked adequately with utensils, plates, etc. There is a very nice outdoor deck to relax on. ”

“We have never been to Canada before, so road tripped to Winnipeg. It's a great downtown location. Easy walk to McDermot Street to eat and hang out. The homeless people didn't bother us, except for 1 drunk one. Great view on the 16th floor. We will be be back again. Only thing we didn't like is you don't get your check in instructions until right before 4 pm. But it turned out ok. ”

“The furnishings have seen use and abuse from previous tenants but the unit was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and communicative. The single entry fob for the building's front door can make it a bit tricky for wanting to stay in the unit with a group that want to come and go independently of each other during their stay ... We figured out how to make it work. Unit is well located in the downtown area with good access to everything. Overall, I recommend it”
