“Beautiful setting , very peaceful and quiet. Rooms and facilities were wonderful. The food was good, although it took quite awhile for us to be served at breakfast.”

“We spent a wonderful week in Moriston Cottage despite the rain. Everything was very clean and the cottage is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. There is everything in the kitchen if you want to cook and lots of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The beds are very comfortable. There is a lovely enclosed back garden which is good if you have a dog. There are plenty of really good restaurants in walking distance, and a lot more if you want to drive there (Applecross Inn, Gille……

“We had a great time here! Could easily have spent longer. It’s a beautiful secluded spot and a great base for exploring. The table tennis room is also great for rainy days.”

So, if you wanna go back to the time when people spent their holidays in style, this is for you! 4 storey house with table tennis, snooker and dart in the basement, drawing room, dinner hall (the stag room) and kitchen on ground floor, then 2 storeys with bedrooms for 20 people. Like 9 bathtubs and bathrooms. You can fish salmon and trouts in the waters on the estate. Staghunting, my doughter shot a 82 kg beast. Close to interesting places like Loch Ness, Skye,……

“Vom Check-In bis zur Abreise sehr gute Kommunikation und viele Tipps rund um das urige Haus und die Umgebung durch die Vermieter. Vor Ort war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Lediglich bei der Einstellung der Heizung und des Gaskamins haben wir etwas länger gebraucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, der Blick auf die umgebenden Berge in alle Richtungen atemberaubend!”
