“I didn’t know what to expect when I rented, but the unit looked nice and looked clean. I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. The unit was convenient to the things I wanted to do, it was clean, the little backyard was great for the puppies and all in all I could not have had a better experience. I will definitely look to stay there again.”

“We were down for graduation, we had a large party this was a great 3 BR with 3 Baths that fit us perfectly. The sheets/bathrooms/beds/furniture clean. It did not appear that the townhouse was swept/mopped prior to our arrival as there were small dead cockroaches in corners and although the checkout rules are to remove ALL fridge/freezer items...there were a number of fridge/freezer items upon our arrival. The complex is riddled with dog poop that does not get picked up which is no fault of the……

“The property was perfect for our needs. The instructions were very clear and helpful. The rental was spotless when we arrived. The neighbors were very friendly. The upstairs bed squeaked each time you moved and it was loud enough to wake you up. The frame definitely needs some tightening up. The upstairs bathroom could use some corner shelves to place products on or something to hang clothes from. We extended our stay by one more night because we were enjoying our time in Tallahassee. “This is the sweetest little guest house in the perfect midtown Tallahassee location. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, but still under 10 minutes away from the Florida State campus, the capitol building, TMH and dozens of great restaurants and retail locations. My adult son and I were in town to visit family and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The two bedrooms and one bathroom feel just the right size for two or maybe three people. I would definitely stay again.”

“This fun house had a many things to do for the kiddos and adults. Ping pong, arcade game, lounge couches, board games, and a scavenger hunt from the home owners on the last night. This place was in a great location, which made it easy to travel to many places in Florida. The home owned was attentive and easy to get in touch with. Definitely would stay at this location again!”

“Brad was an excellent host! After our first VRBO was cancelled due to a hurricane, we had to make alternate reservations with very little time. Brad responded to my initial inquiry immediately, answered all my questions quickly, and helped us with our booking in a matter of hours. The property was minutes away from Collegetown and the FSU campus. Everything was immaculate, plenty of amenities, and a beautiful VRBO. Check-in was clearly communicated and the host was flexible with our schedule. ”

“The owners were very nice & responsive. To no fault of the owner, there was an air conditioner problem which led to a water problem--they responded quickly and the rest of our stay was good. The garage did not fit two vehicles but we did have a pickup truck. Olympics were on at the time of our stay and while the owner was fixing the AC, he took time to help us find the channel and showed us how to operate the remotes! Kitchen was well supplied but would encourage a review of some of the pans.……
