“We had a fun family get together at this Tallahassee retreat. Steve was a great host, promptly responding to our inquiries and accommodating our group’s requests. We hosted a dinner for 15 people easily in the large well appointed kitchen and dining area and accommodated five different families for the weekend. The property was so beautiful and peaceful, we would highly recommend!!”

“Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded.”

“Great communication (more than needed) and property location was ideal. Everything we needed was there in the house. The flooring was cracked in a few places and the floor was mushy in places. We love old houses but l would think the owners would address this. I’d definitely rent again.”
