Located on Llano river, 3 miles from Llano, above the main owner's part time home. The cabin has breath taking views of the river and the nesting pair of eagles that can be seen from the porch, September-June give or take a week. Sit in the rapids or swim in our swiminghole 4ft at the deepest. This 1-bedroom cabin and office offers a full kitchen and bathroom New queen bed in the bedroom, living room with 1 sofa bed (queen) and a 1 rollaway twin bed. This beautiful property provides a private comfortable stay . Cable televisions in the livingroom WiF can be spotty. AC and heating with fans throughout. The bathroom features a large ceramic bathtub for a relaxing soak. A great place to call home base while you're on the Llano river we hope you enjoy your stay.

We booked the property for one Saturday night. We had a concert booked that evening but we arrived around 2, Dawn let us check in early and even took us down to the river to explore. Would definitely book with her again! Thank you Dawn!

River access was great
If you want to be secluded on the river this is the place to stay. However you will be sharing it with the owners who have their residence on the property as well. They are super friendly but just thought I’d share if you’re looking to be alone.
