Only 10 mins walk to a beautiful beach and 6 mins walk to train station - then 10 minutes train journey to Barmouth which is a lot quicker than the drive around the estuary. Great location for walks in the hills or on beaches. Host was wonderful - got in touch to explain checking in and recommended local places to visit and eat.”

The house and gardens is so well maintained and we had everything we needed from the point of view of facilities. TN549825605 This was a 3 bed 2 bathrooms 1st double 2nd 2 singles 3rd 2 singles Towels linen included 4 adults My niece and partner and 16 year old son And I'm 66 years old with limited disability. When we arrived for someone to meet us there was no one there so we rang the mobile we were given he directed us to one which isn't the one we booked it was a two bed and didn't seem anywhere near the standard we booked. “Worst place I ever stayed, it was a empty unsafe shell. No bedding pillow TV network nothing to entertain, couldn't even sleep. Even club house was like a dead shell. I wouldn't even go back if they offer me money. I checked out next day. It was completely unsafe. Nail was sticking out next to the bed. No response from anyone they are are useless. Asked for refund but no response. First time leaving the bad comment don't bother ”

“Lovely property well-equipped. Close to Barmouth centre. Be prepared for a bright starlight sky thanks to no light pollution...but also be prepared for a walk up/down steps when you need a wee...little scary in the dark and slippery in october. Really enjoyed our stay.”
