“We booked our stay and paid in full March 19 to check in May 16th at 5 o’clock. Was told by the property owner at 4 o’clock that they never got the reservation and that the property was under Repair. We were there for Chico State graduation, so every hotel was booked and the prices were through the roof. We also rented a facility a block away from the VRBO for the graduation party Saturday. What a complete disaster. Customer service was ridiculous. Still have not heard back or gotten a phone……
