The living room has a 65" Smart TV, balcony access with four swivel rocking armchairs & a large screened porch with a 6-seater table, wicker couch, and two other swivel chairs for those early lake morning views with a cup of coffee! The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed with a walk-in closet, Smart TV, direct balcony access, & large bathroom w/ a beautiful walk-in shower. The main floor is topped off with a half bathroom.
The UPSTAIRS has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which overlook the lake, and the other bedroom is in tandem with one of them. The two main bedrooms are outfitted with a queen-sized bed. The third tandem room offers 3 twin-size beds. The full bath is detached from the bedrooms with a shower/tub. The common area between the two bedrooms offers a futon couch.
The YARD has a wood fire pit ring, stairs to the boat dock, and a grill for grilling out, and ample room for yard games. Also, there is a 4-seater table outside on the basement level.
The BOAT house has 2 lounge chairs, 6 chairs, and a plethora of inflatables. Also, it has a spiral staircase for those AMAZING sunset view afternoons.
Guest access
All guests will have full home and dock access to all amenities that we offer! All we ask is that the basement is off limits at the moment.
Other things to note
The closest public boat ramp is the Poplar Creek VDWR Boat Ramp across from the Shady Shack Bar and Grill. The boat dock can be used to dock boat or jet skis. Water depth is +12ft off the dock.
