“This is an older property, likely developed in the 60’s. We were greeted warmly despite our early arrival. We stayed in a double twin room named “Tuna.” On entering the space there was a strong smell of cleanser. It adjoined two lodging areas on either side. We were able to hear a bit of conversation on both sides. The beds were comfy, the tea and coffee well stocked. My greatest distraction was the condition of the bathroom, considerably in need of updating. While the shower was good and strong……

“It was kind of exciting. the cops showed up on the property and on the next door property to the North, there was a tree of stolen bouys and a stolen crab trap. It was quiet. there was a bit of a flood when it rained but within a day or 2 the water was gone. we had trouble opening the slider on the deck and I think there was moisture in the door. Hopefully we left it pretty clean. we had to be at the airport by 6:30. thank you, it was a wonderful stay. Patty ”

“Brother-in-law and I stayed for 3 nights for a quick fishing getaway. The property was perfect for our needs. The property manager was proactive and communicative. He even reached out the day of check-in to let us know an early check-in was available. The property was in a nice quiet area, but just close enough to Kiki's to hear the evening live music from the fantastic pier. Also, within walking distance to Kiki's for a quick bite and a drink after fishing.The property was extremely clean……

“My family had a wonderful time staying for 10 days over mini lobster season. The location was perfect. We could walk to Kiki's Bar and Restaurant for live music and food. Gas for the boat is just across Pine Channel. Short drive to groceries, gas, pharmacy, and bait. Property manager was quick to respond. Long dock with water for the boat. My only wish was power at the end of the dock to recharge my trolling motor. Otherwise, great stay!”

“So many things were absolutely unbelievable. It disgusts me that I paid the money I did to stay here. Every year I rent a Keys home for thanksgiving and I’ll tell you these people are charging 65% more money than this rental is worth! Dock has no electric or lights. Someone left food there. Air conditioning didn’t work. 90 degrees. Slept in our own sweat the first night. After repair guy came we got subpar air. Then hallway flooded with water from a/c drain. There is an infestation of ants in……
