“The property itself was well appointed, but the unit 507 was worn and beat. It really needs updating. There were 2 TVs, but one did not work at all. It was sitting on a dresser in front of a large mirror, so you couldn't use the mirror. Bathroom was very small. Sink in bedroom should be removed, so bathroom could be expanded. The workers were very nice.”

“I was disappointed that they were doing maintenance on the indoor lazy river during my stay, but that happens. Other than that I really have nothing to complain about. I will absolutely look at future stays at Avista. Maybe next time I'll look at getting a suite, my partial ocean view was nice especially for the sunset but a full ocean view must be amazing as well. Staff was great. Breakfast at the restaurant was good (especially the home fries!). As a whole, would recommend! ”
