Upon arrival, I discovered that the room we received did not match the photos or descriptions provided on your website. I booked a standard room for myself, my wife, and my daughter, while my parents booked an identical room at the same price. Their room was located on the 1st floor, while ours was on the 4th. Despite being the same category, their room was three times larger, much more modern, and cleaner. The difference in quality was unacceptable.
Problems:
The room was outdated, with chipped floors, damaged baseboards, and worn furniture. There was black mold in the corners near the windows and in the bathroom window, which is a serious health concern and unacceptable for any hotel, especially one rated 4 stars.
There was only one outlet on each side of the bed, both occupied by light fixtures. To charge any device, we had to unplug the lights, leaving the room completely dark as there were no ceiling lights.
On one occasion, the cleaner arrived while we were in the room. We asked them to wait two minutes while we exited, but upon returning four hours later, the room had not been cleaned, and no water was replenished.
When I raised these issues with the front desk, they informed me that the rooms shown on Expedia and Google are limited to the first two floors. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have proceeded with the booking.
