The space
I look forward to hosting guests in my bright and stylishly designed apartment and I hope it will be the start of a memorable trip to Lincoln.
The apartment is bright and modern with king-sized beds. The ensuite boasts a luxurious shower and complimentary toiletries. The lounge/kitchen is open-plan and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
There is simple keyless entry and all the conveniences a self-contained apartment should have.

Pass The Keys provides a hotel standard quality of service for short-let rental properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass The Keys Team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass The Keys Property Readiness Standard.
No parties will be tolerated and a fee of £250 will be charged if any house rules are broken.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
