Nice space for getaway
We had a hard time finding our place, but once we did, pleasantly surprised! I love kitchen/eating space. Definitely worth the money for a quick family getaway.

Not great, but functional
It was clean and ADA accessible, but it really wasn't suitable for 6 people and dogs. Very small, paint peeling off the walls, uncomfortable furniture and beds, not enough kitchen supplies and shelving. Bare minimum. Will not rent again for 6 people!

It wasn't what I thought. The pictures make the place look better and bigger then what we got. It was hard to find the actual condo when we arrived at night time. You can hear the people above walking around. It was like we had elephants above us. And there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor. Needed more towels and blankets. Overall I would not stay there again.

Easy going Vacation
My family has stayed here twice now, and it’s always lovely. Very kid and dog friendly. Other than hearing the upstairs tenants walking around some, it was nice and quiet. Beautiful views and access to the beach! I’m sure we’ll be back!

Property was fairly clean. Good location but any movement from guests upstairs rattled the whole apartment. Our upstairs neighbors were a herd of elephants with concrete shoes.

This is our second year on the kid trip portion of our trip. It is a great room. The table in the picture is not accurate. There is now a large picnic style, driftwood like table. Easily sits 6-8.

Overall it was good
Overall it was a good stay. The condo was good, close to beach and it had a view. BUT the wifi didn't work the entire time, there was a hole on the way to the fire pit that one of the guests didn't see at first on her way to the fire pit and she twisted her ankle. There was no outdoor table (as advertised) and the kitchen knifes are so dull it is dangerous to use them.

The photos of this place make it look nice. In reality the carpet was disgusting, there was lipstick stains in the walls, towels were dirty, etc. The fire pit outside is apparently communal so we had people ten feet from our door all night hanging at the fire pit which meant we couldn’t even open our windows. Would not recommend this place.

Dog friendly n Great location!
I'm giving it a three star because the location and the fact that it's so dog friendly where Great! But Warning, it was smelly. Which might be easily fixed by ripping out the carpet in the bedrooms and putting down tile. The carpet felt crusty and looked very dirty. So a two star for the actual rental inside. Beds and sheets clean and it had some cute updates. We had a great time.

Not waste your money!
The house was dirty upon arrival, had 2 wait to hours after scheduled check in time so that someone could clean it. Still was not very clean. Boogers on the door frame, finger prints dirty all over the doors. Food in the crease on the kitchen table. The seat on the futon would not stay on. The bed in one of the rooms was super uncomfortable, you could feel the springs through the mattress. Mice in the room. Wifi didn't work, I sent and email and was told to turn it off and turn it back on again. Still didn't work. People using our firepit in our backyard, people allowing their dogs to poop in the backyard and not clean it up. No cleaning supplies to wipe things down or sweep. We were not impressed at all and will never stay here again! Sent an email to VRBO letting them know of the conditions and have not heard anything back. Dont waste your money on this place!

Please read accurate review!
Check in states 4pm, room was still being cleaned at 535pm. They did thank us for being late or else we would have been screwed. Floors really dirty with hair, I asked for vacuum and vacuumed myself after indicating not sire if anymore would come up, it wasn not even vacuumed a first time. Tenants very loud above. Management not available to contact regarding noise. Swept bathroom and kitchen floors again due to hair and filth. Bottom of curtains disgusting in living room. Pictures are not correct to actual site. The only positive in staying at this location, was the view. Paid for something is was clearly not worth.

Great view can’t beat the price.
Despite all the disgruntled people before us, we took a risk because the price was so unbeatable. It’s three bedrooms with the most amazing ocean view. The kitchen has all the dishes you need. Bring all your own cooking ingredients. The bunks are good for kids, not so much for adults. The couch is broken and the chairs in the picture are not there. So that was disappointing as far as seating goes. But it’s basic. This is a basic, cheap place to sleep and it’s really well located. Two plastic Adirondack chairs on the patio to sit out and watch the waves or sun set. Grass is communal with some previous dog poop. Again, nothing to complain about, but nothing to rave about. There is a smell for sure. Biggest concern was the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors were not functioning. Twice we had the alarm going off, not cooking, no smoke. Carbon monoxide? Not sure. The others were not fully functioning. So that’s a safety concern to definitely note.

We did enjoy our stay in Lincoln City. It could have been better with a few repairs. With 3 dogs it would be nice to have the 2 openings to the yard have a gate that can be closed if needed. The main issue we had was the heat in the livingroom. The pictures on the ad showed a electric fireplace. This was taken out and just the external frame. To make the room warm they replaced it with a portable space heater which was placed under the frount windows which have long cutrains. Which is a fire hazard and by the only excape out of the unit. Also with 2 couples staying in this unit for 4 nites. We ended up sleeping on different beds because of the condition of the mattress. They all sucked. I slept on the couch which was the best sleep but still need to replace that couch because it looks tacky with tape to patch rips. With being a rental I would not want people to rent it looking this way. The suggestions I have made here would not be that expensive and with them I would have been willing to rent this unit again. But as it is now I would not.

Old building. Disappointed with the condition of this unit. If you’re looking for a cheap place to rest your head. This is it. Beds were starting to cave in the middle. And it just smells old. It was as clean as it could be. Overall the stay was fine. It’s not a bad place just an old building. It’s cute and cozy.

Perfect for my needs. View is wonderful.
Everyone had a place to sleep. I was in town for an event and needed a kitchen to prepare food for it. This place worked out great. I wish the bunk bed was 2 separate beds. That's my only gripe.
